The Admiral is a collaboration between Sangin Instruments and Toor Knives, combining Sangin’s overwhelming dedication to developing the highest quality watches and tools with Toor’s premium bladesmithing capabilities, creating the preeminent pocket companion. This blade is an heirloom piece that not only memorializes the brand partnership, but also continues Sangin’s tradition of bringing customers brilliance in the basics.

Sangin Instruments and Toor Knives have a long history together, as Jake Servantes and Connor Toor served together in the Marine Corps and have been growing American businesses alongside each other since 2013. The goal of this project was to produce an adaptable and multidimensional knife, made entirely in the USA, that can be taken out on a mission, as well as comfortably sit in your pocket during a formal dinner.

Using the highest quality CPM 154 steel and grade 5A titanium, we’ve developed the ultimate everyday carry pocket knife that can be utilized in almost any situation and finished it with premium, durable materials. Other highlights of the blade include gold anodized titanium hardware that blends seamlessly into the counterbores of the scales, as well as an extremely durable black KG Gunkote finish covering the entire handle. Additionally, the blade itself rides on minimal bronze phosphorous washers, reducing the surface engagement against the steel and increasing the consistency of the opening action. Lastly, the Admiral is fitted with a matte black deep carry clip, allowing for ultimate concealment when placed in the pocket.

The Admiral is available in Stone and Carbon, and each one has a serial number to memorialize its individual place in this unique partnership.

Change can be unpredictable. It can be uncertain, unexpected, and fleeting.

Time is dependable. It's unchanging, expected, and consistent. It works like clockwork because it is, well, clockwork.

But through all the inconsistencies the future holds, one thing stays constant: the basics of time. And with Sangin, we brought out the brilliance in the basics. Sangin is the constant through it all.

For whoever you are and wherever life takes you, each piece we produce is put through a rigorous quality control inspection. We work tirelessly to ensure each timepiece at Sangin is as timeless and dependable as time itself.
